New City, Old Dreams!

Alright then! Here we go. An enthralling one month in a foreign land has convinced me to enumerate the episodes I have encountered through this beginning. As cliche as it may sound, you have to manifest a desire for it to yield an outcome which you've been longing for. The last few months were genuinely spent in 1.5x mode or was it me riding through it like turbulence for a dream to take its own course and present itself as reality. Sport for me is life being demonstrated on a playing field and to be able to study it is a true privilege. The nature of dreams is such a tricky one where the destination has been pre-decided but the journey is not along the same lines you initially prepared for. You end up encountering numerous alternatives to follow the passion that otherwise didn't occur in the limited worldview we possess. 

Finding familiarity in a context which is alien helps you keep searching for ways to find your feet but it is like the game you wanted to play but just a level higher. Feeling out of place in the journey you carefully prepared for can be overwhelming at times but you then realise the number of sailors sailing a similar ship is enormous and goes a long way in grounding you. You can spend analysing the game from the stands but until you don't get down to the field, you would miss the nuance of what it takes to get your feet dirty.

                                                               

Pursuit of new dreams always loosens the bond with the personal treasure back home you once thought was meant forever but in due course, they begin to show how distance looms over us. Communication can be a key component in ensuring those bonds hang on that delicate string of love if not drift apart, but it's the gap which in one form or another makes the situation challenging. 

Different perspectives aid you in expanding your worldview but counting all of those in making decisions can be a recipe for disaster. It is the equivalent of adding all the ingredients in equal amounts with an endeavour to make a mouth-watering dish. Giving each ingredient its due significance in the context of the dish would yield the desired outcome. Navigating your way through the white noise and making favourable yet correct decisions is one of the key learning that fuels my conscience. 

Your dream journey will be bombarded by various challenges and situations that you weren't prone to or at times didn't anticipate either but it is the turbulence that would soon embody itself as the norm and you would be proud of yourself to take the bait which your younger self was dreading to make. The road ahead swings between the pendulum of anticipation and surprise which might not be pleasing each time. Feels like I'm in the middle of something, But trust me, it is just the beginning!
